XR Booking Booth App
As the name Look & Book suggests, we are developing an innovative XR Booking Booth App that simplifies how clients access and schedule various services and events including tourism & entertainment or training. The app will allow organisations to browse packages, book booths and customise the choice of service content easily. Once we secure 20 early businesses, we will advance development and roll out the app to the wider market. Early-bird rates are available until we reach 20 businesses. Marcos Gogolin is an educator, XR developer, and co-founder of looknbook.com.au and the XR LabHall in Hobart, Tasmania. With over 25 years’ experience teaching 3D modelling, CAD and immersive media, he combines technical expertise with a passion for sustainability, education, and open-source innovation. His projects bridge art, technology, and social impact creating immersive experiences for tourism, training, and events. Marcos believes XR should empower communities, inspire ethical business models and promote sustainable development. He regularly showcases XR at Salamanca Market and collaborates with artists, educators and technologists to explore the transformative potential of extended reality in everyday life.
